LF2 “Ingo”

LF2 is a compact lamp, capable of a surprising luminous effect, open to play, imagination, and the sensitivity of its user. It is inspired by Ingo Maurer, a striking and irreverent designer, and his expressive use of color, as well as by the Informal Art movement and artists such as Rothko, Fontana, and Burri.

LF2 is an “inside-out” lamp that projects light onto colored sheets of paper, making it bounce within the environment and transforming the atmosphere according to the color and texture of the sheet being used.

The sheet can then be folded, torn, crumpled, written on, or layered with other sheets, allowing the user to become the creator of an ever-changing composition, with infinite possibilities and combinations. Even the shadows cast on the wall generate unexpected effects, creating contrasts and suggestive forms (faces, profiles, and unexpected figures), transforming perception into a poetic dimension, into subtle irony.

LF1 “Cesare”

LF1 is the handcrafted edition inspired by Cesare Leonardi, architect, designer, photographer, a multifaceted figure, and by his sculptures made of a wooden base that supports “aerial” objects, colorful and lively mobile elements.

The harmonic steel wires that support them and conduct the LEDs, two for each piece, naturally bend as a result of the way their ends are fitted into the faces of the wooden prism, simulating satellite-like trajectories.

LF1 uses an original light diffusion system: commercial table tennis balls, in a wide range of colors - white, orange, fuchsia, fluorescent green - act as surprising light diffusers, creating variable effects and combinations inspired by nature and the seasonal colors of trees, which Cesare loved and studied.

LF0 “Pier Luigi”

LF0 is the pioneer prototype of research into "flexible light", inspired by Pier Luigi Nervi, one of the most important structural engineers of the twentieth century, who believed that curves born from constraints and following the laws of physics are infinitely more beautiful than any other artificially created curve.

LF0 is born from a simple, uncontrived gesture, simply curving and interlocking a sheet of expanded PVC - a lightweight, durable, and 100% recyclable material - into a "comb" shape, expressing its natural flexibility.

The LEDs are applied to its surface at the neutral point, without being subjected to stress. As it curves, it becomes both a base and a light diffuser, a perfect synthesis of material, technique, and form. A sort of design ground zero.
